We are currently seeking a skilled and well-organized individual to administer a range of day-to-day business operations, projects, events and client support services.
The Admin Specialist is responsible for effective intake and dissemination of information, coordination and implementation of office procedures, organization, accounting assistance, completion of projects as assigned, insurance of smooth and efficient office operations, and effectively responding to client inquiries.
Typical Duties:
Schedule, plan, coordinate and execute activities; prepare and edit documents accurately while maintaining security and confidentiality; answer and direct incoming email, mail, telephone calls and assign priority; master new software applications and office equipment and provide instruction to other staff; organize office; maintain supplies and equipment; organize meetings; manage room and facility bookings; respond to customer enquiries; provide accounting support; prepare and make deposits; manage hard copy and digital file systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Post Secondary Education in related field
3 to 5 years of recent office experience
Proficiency in Win OS, MS Office, Outlook
Highly adaptive to new computer applications
Keyboarding speed of 40+ wpm
Well developed cmn and organizational skills
Ability to meets deadlines and multi-task
Dependable and reliable
Professional appearance and conduct
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
