Our credit union has an opportunity for a permanent full-time Member Service Representative position in our Elrose branch. You will report to the Deposit Services Manager.
Qualifications for this position include: Grade 12, proven computer and keyboarding skills, numeric reasoning, and an aptitude for relationship building. The successful applicant enjoys working with the public, has strong interpersonal skills, and seeks a challenging work environment. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
You will be prepared to undertake training in financial sales and services. You must be a person who can identify member needs and have the ability to cross sell all credit union products and services, and make referrals to other departments.
We provide on the job training as well as the opportunity to learn the credit union system. We offer a competitive salary range commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
