We are currently looking for someone to work as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant in Lloydminster. Starting salary is $21-$23/ hour depending on experience and education.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review, process and file daily tickets from several contractors;
Data entry;
Review invoices for accuracy for project with a budget of $30 million;
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking vendor costs;
Organize and track all engineered drawings for Electrical Inspector;
Set up files in Document Control;
Assist Contract Controller with various tasks such as forecasting, purchase orders, audits and weekly shift report.
Qualifications:
1-2 years in an accounting setting or business administration/accounting diploma.
This position requires someone who is highly adaptable, demonstrates strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
Displays a high level of organizational and computer competency skills.
Must be able to function in a highly professional capacity.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
