Procor-Car Repair/2nd Year Apprentice- Lloydminster, Saskatchewan
Procor Limited manages Canadas largest private rail car leasing fleet and operates an extensive repair network. The fleet has grown to include more than 25,000 tank and freight cars.
We will be setting up a new Mobile Repair Team, at Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.

The hours of work will be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (8 hrs. per day) with a half hour for lunch (unpaid). However, based on business requirements, the hours of work may change.
Principal Duties in this position are as follows:
- Tank & freight car repairs including but not limited too: brake tests, general running repairs, valve replacement/rebuilding
- Tank car cleaning
- Bubble leak testing
- Jacking of railcars
- Confined space entry
- Top fittings modifications
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including Responsible Care policy
- Other related duties as required

- WHMIS training, experience dealing with hazardous commodities
- Detail oriented

- The ability to work well independently

- Valid drivers license

- Basic computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, Inventory system, etc.
Car Repair/2nd Year Apprentice - Employee must be competent in each area, being adequately qualified, productive, suitably trained with sufficient experience to safely perform the task without supervision or with only a minimal degree of supervision. Able to perform the requirements needed to repair a railcar to AAR and Procor standards.
