Reporting to the Board of Directors and
maintaining and delivering a high quality of
services to individuals and families in crisis,
the Executive Director is responsible for the
overall operation of the centre located in
Kindersley, Saskatchewan.
- Ensuring high quality service to clients using
the centre's service.
- Providing support and direction to staff,
students, volunteers and clients.
- Administering the budget.
- Work with and support the Board of Directors
while ensuring the Board's policy and goals are
met.
- Ensuring adequate funding for the operation of
the centre.
The preferred candidate will have post secondary
or graduate level education in the fields of
social work, sociology or psychology with a strong
background in family violence and crisis
intervention, financial management skills and
computer skills.
The ideal candidate is a community oriented and
compassionate leader experienced in working with a
community board and community agencies.
