Sthamann Homes is a custom residential home
building company in Regina for the past 35 years.
We are seeking a hardworking individual for a New
Home Sales Professional position.
The focus of this position is to provide
outstanding client service throughout the home
building process. The position involves developing
leads into sales, creating high-quality marketing
programs, conducting sales presentations,
determining client's needs, creating design
sketches, and assisting clients throughout the
stages of construction. The challenge of this
position is in selling a concept, not necessarily
a finished home.
You will work as a team along with our president,
vice-president, site supervisor, office manager,
draftsperson, designer, and construction staff.
The position requires working during show home
hours: 7pm - 9pm on Monday through Thursday as
well as 1pm - 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Outside
of show home hours, you have the flexibility to
set your own schedule.
Sthamann Homes' sales professionals receive
commission-based compensation.
