ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Installing, balancing, rotating and providing repair to tires for varying equipment and vehicles
-General shop duties, including clean-up and organization, as required
-Continually following safety procedures
-Operating company vehicles in a safe and reliable manner
-Delivering superior customer service
-Working as part of a dynamic team environment

-Eligible for monthly labour bonus after three months of full time employment and after all Fountain Tire & TIA training is complete while meeting expected monthly labour expectations

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-While experience in the tire industry is considered an asset, we believe in investing in the right individual. The right candidate will receive training in all aspects of servicing tires.
-Some secondary school required
-Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
-Goal oriented, focused and reliable
-Energetic and motivated
-Physically fit and able to lift 50 - 60 lbs
-Must possess a valid driver's license (or ability/willingness to obtain)
-Functional English Language ability
