This full-time position is responsible for
preparation of 3 meals a day - 365 days per year
for up to 40 Residents. There are 2 shifts per
day; 6 am to 2 pm and 10 am to 6 pm. Rotations
will be determined at time of hiring. Duties
include meal & menu planning; procurement of food
and supplies; ordering, taking delivery, storing.
Daily food preparation, cooking, and serving.
Dining room setup & cleanup; full kitchen
maintenance and clean-up.
