This position is linked to the Healthy Start Early Years project, funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada. The Knowledge Development and exchange coordinator will be responsible for engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders in Saskatchewan to develop and help implement the Healthy Start knowledge translation, Knowledge Development and Exchange (KDE) plan in collaboration with our KDE Committee. Specifically, this person will:
Lead the development and implementation of the KDE
strategy linked to various target groups (Francophone, aboriginal, multi-cultural); Will help mobilize key stakeholders; coordinate and support individual "communities of practice"with Early years workers and other professionals interested in the health and wellness of young children; Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in health
promotion or related field with substantial
experience working with inter-disciplinary
networks and partnerships. Superior communication,
organizational and coordination skills, BILINGUAL (French / English)a must: demonstrated ability to communicate effectively(written, verbal and interpersonal in French and in English.
