Agronomy Manager:
Oversee all training, and upgrading of all reporting staff
Mentor and coach all reporting staff
Deliver agronomy services to NSF customers
Attract quality agronomy team members to NSF
Work with Business Agronomists to provide the opportunity for agronomy services to our clients
Coordinate internal and external education opportunities
Work with agronomists one-on-one to develop approach methods and techniques
Set aside time for joint farm meetings with Business Agronomists
Oversee Agronomy Team to complete professional accreditation
Conduct prompt and detailed investigation of product inquiries
Work with Business Agronomists to coordinate plot protocols for any demonstration and product development sites
Oversee coordination and implementation of custom spraying and floating programs
Oversee the increasing improvement of NSF agronomy and crop production knowledge skill set including providing training opportunities for all agronomists and stakeholders.
Oversee the entry of scouting data into database for permanent archive on the client accounts.
As a Sales Manager:
In cooperation with the CEO, determine and invent reasons for NSF account managers to contact customers - Identify and Initiate Sales Programs
Oversee communication pricing, supply and logistics issues to all locations and selling staff
Assist in the organization customer events
Assist in management of chemical and seed warehouse
Assist in forecasting for chemical and seed purchase
Assist with counter sales when required
Load products when required
Invoice products purchased by customers
As an Industry/Supplier Liaison:
Learn and upgrade knowledge of new products and product updates on chemical, fertilizer, and seed
Maintain relationships with industry people and competitors
Be primary contact on all Business Agronomy with Grow Community of Independents
