RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Health Program Manager with clinical supervision provided by Saskatoon Tribal Council Living Well Clinical Supervisor, the Living Well Worker is responsible for carrying out the duties as outlined herein.

DUTIES
1.Adhere to the Personnel Policy as set out by the Chief and Council
2.Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
3.Must understand, support and participate in the community enhancement initiatives in working towards the vision of Yellow Quill First Nation which improves the quality of life;
4.Develop, implement and evaluate holistic mental health programs and therapeutic services for the community in accordance with the Living Well Framework
