Principal Responsibilities
o Ensure that all district branches comply with
all aspects of Speedy Cash operational policy
o Increase revenue by reviewing business with
Branch Managers
o Regular review/audit of all district branches
overdue files
o Plan budgets; monitor revenue and expenses
o Recruit and retain Branch Managers and
associates
o Plan, direct and evaluate district operations
o Visit each district branch at least twice per
calendar year to conduct a thorough hands-on
inspection with the aim of ensuring compliance
with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
o Experience in a customer service environment
o Experience at a management or supervisory level
o Excellent communication and problem-solving
Skills
o Exceptional organizational skills
o Strength as a team leader
o Collections experience is an asset
o Bachelors Degree preferred
