Description

Responsibilities:

-Work closely with Scrum Software Development Teams and their
corresponding Product Owners
-Facilitate teams progress toward goals
-Mentor and educate development teams, Product Owners and
stakeholders in the practical benefits of Agile processes
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, and
innovation
-Eliminate impediments
-Facilitate daily scrum and all other team meetings
-Maintain Sprint status
-Track team velocity

Skills and Qualifications:

-At least 1 year experience acting in a Scrum Master role in a
software development environment
-Strong knowledge of Agile practices, self-organized teams, and XP
development practices
-Understanding of basic fundamentals of software development
processes and procedures
-Knowledge of and/or experience with successful Agile Techniques:
User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous
Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Certified first level Scrum Master (CSM, PSM 1) is an asset
