As a part of our Digital Agency team, you'll work closely with our partners and their clients (small and medium musinesses) to establish and maintain their online presence.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with set-up and training of VendAsta products for our partners
-Provide exceptional customer service to our partners' clients
-Update online visibility listings, respond to reviews and monitor mentions for clients - using our software (Concierge)
-Setup social media accounts when required and manage weekly posts on behalf of clients
-Setup mobile sites for clients - using our software (Presence Builder)
-Answer incoming calls and emails
-Maintain product knowledge and awareness of developments and brief partners as appropriate
-Co-ordinate feedback from partners on product developments suggestions
-Utilize CRM software to manage company's interactions with customers
-Perform quality control
Skills and Qualifications:
-Solid knowledge of social media
-Technical background
-Past experience in technical customer support
-Superior communication skills
-Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
-Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
-Knowledge of HTML is definitely an asset
