The receptionist is expected to:
- set the positive tone for the Showroom area.
- greet all customers entering the showroom and assist customers in accessing the services or staff needed
- manage the switchboard by answering calls promptly in a friendly, professional manner and redirecting calls quickly and accurately.
- assist with clerical duties such as copying, filing, sorting, etc.
- maintain the cleanliness and professional image of the showroom
- assist staff with other duties as needed.
