RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act in accordance to the current Rona policies and procedures
Provide exceptional service and assistance to customers with their product needs by demonstrating the Rona values
Assist with the daily upkeep of the department (down stocking, routine cleaning/dusting and etc.)
Develop and build on retail sales
Other job related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous knowledge and experience with Flooring products/services
Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Related experience and knowledge a definite asset
