Brandt Developments is looking to fill the position of Director of Construction Services based in our Regina location.

This position is responsible for the overall construction operations of Brandt Developments. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction by strategically planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to commercial development projects.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience managing a construction office; extensive experience of construction, design, finance and management; solid knowledge of commercial building design, construction systems, construction estimating, and procurement processes; strong written and verbal communication skills; and ability to manage personnel, subcontractors, schedules and budgets.
