Take telephone orders, prepare tray presentation and deliver orders in a timely manner following all standards and guidelines. Maintaining a clean and well stocked work area and possess a complete understanding of guest billings.
Be familiar with: 1) menu items 2) ingredients 3) preparation 4) Presentation
Follow and comply with Room Service Call-back policy.
Conduct floor sweeps as scheduled.
Serve It Right Certification required or completed within first 3 weeks of employment.
Must be available mornings and evenings as there are AM and PM shifts involved with this position
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
