Parkland College is currently seeking an Associate Director of Business Development. Reporting to the Director, Training and Business Development, this position is primarily responsible to lead the College in all aspects of International opportunities and Corporate Training, as well as lead post-secondary programming and planning.  

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective and harmonious working relationships with College staff, personnel within other agencies and organizations, and other constituent training groups.  

The Associate Director participates in the decision making process that establishes the future of International programming, Corporate Training and Post-Secondary Programming.  The Associate Director, Business Development is responsible for key revenue centers that will contribute to the colleges overall programming and operational bottom lines; including International students on campuses, International projects, and Corporate Training and Community Development; client driven, design and delivery of fee for service training to the full range of private and public sector clients.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Adult Education, Business or a related area, supplemented by five years experience in a senior position related to post-secondary, business or adult education.
