Kramer Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for a Heavy Duty Field Technician to join our team in Saskatoon. If youre a high energy, self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard in a team-oriented environment and are ready to think HUGE, we want to talk to you!
Whats involved?
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all heavy duty equipment and/or related equipment in a timely fashion
Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand and power tools
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer specifications
Perform routine maintenance work
Whats required?
A valid drivers license
Ability to travel and work offsite as well as work varied hours including weekends and evenings
Understanding of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components
The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Comfort using a computer, the internet, and other electronic resources
Mechanical and mathematic aptitude
Have a concern for safety and awareness of safe working procedures
Minimum 5 years journeyman experience
Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
