Description

Elk Ridge Resort is seeking a full time Maintenance Labourer. The Maintenance Labourer will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.   They will maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and equipment.  The Maintenance Labourer is also responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment. Additional duties may include tending to the furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks.  Experience in this area is mandatory.

SKILLS ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance.  Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered as well.
Experience in the following (will be given preference):
HVAC
Electronic Diagnostics
Water Treatment
Have strong work ethic and teamwork skills
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize, communicate effectively,  and multi-task
Have excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to resolve problems and strive for continuous and consistent customer service satisfaction
Be flexible with work schedule and be available to work weekends/evenings in order to accommodate our client's needs.
Positive, outgoing attitude essential.
