Diamond Richie Subs Inc., a contracted company responsible for the development and evaluation of SUBWAY Restaurants in Saskatchewan, is seeking applications for this entry level opportunity as a Business Consultant. Reporting to the Director of Operations, Business Consultants work as part of a team in a fast paced environment with competing demands. Overnight in-province travel is required.
Accountabilities:
Complete monthly evaluations of restaurants to ensure compliance to SUBWAY's policies, procedures and operational standards
Through consultation and training increase sales and profitability, improve operational standards and franchisee management skills
Assist franchisees with new store openings and ownership transfers
Other related duties as assigned by either the Director of Operations or the Development Agent
Qualifications
Education: An undergraduate degree, or a combination of demonstrated training and experience.
Skills and Experience:
Dependable, professional, detail oriented, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced industry with competing demands
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office
Ability to take initiative
Effective oral and written communication skills

A valid drivers license
Previous food service experience would be considered an asset
