What You Can Expect in this Role
-Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables.
-Type or format financial statements in compliance with National guidelines; including maintaining monthly lists of outstanding financial statements to be processed.
-Produce required correspondence, such as engagement, management, independence, transmittal and any other letters required to finalize the financial statements.
-Review for quality, proof read and verify content before finalizing financial statements and other documentation.
-E-file or paper-file corporate tax returns.
-Finalize audit planning and findings reports.
-Scan documents and embed in CaseWare file.
-Create PDF files and save on the server and maintain digital storage of reports and/or letters.
-Produce final statement packages whcih includes printing of all relevant material.
-Participate in training to stay current with KPMG specific technical software.
-May support other administrative team members as needed.

What You Bring to KPMG
-Combination of education/experience in data processing.
-Strong Word Processing Skills.
-Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading and suggesting alternatives.
-Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Acrobat and Outlook.
-Knowledge of Caseware and past experience in financial statement preparation an asset.
-Familiarity with accounting termniology an asset.
