We are currently seeking a Property Site Manager to joint our rapidly growing team!

We require a dynamic self starter to join our residential management team and maintain our multifamily housing location to our high standard of client satisfaction. As our leader of the on site property management team you will guide other members in ensuring our clients have ultimate confidence in our service. Value and efficiency are aspects of the client experience you will shape and maintain. Our buildings will require your strategic planning and guidance to ensure longevity of services, appearance and maintenance of common areas. As the ideal candidate you will take pride in providing affordable housing that sets standards for quality in our regions across western Canada.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  * Demonstrate and promote client driven attitude with all client and public communications
  * Work with various business partners to achieve business goals through active communication and team work
  * Arrange meetings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  * Develop building management processes to meet client requirements
  * Perform regular property inspections of client suites, common areas, building exteriors, and landscaping
  * Ensure effective management of loss prevention, risk management, security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, snow removal and other daily activities
  * Build our business with powerful leadership, team work and dynamic communication skills
  * Must possess a clean Criminal Record Check
