WORK EXPERIENCE
This is a senior role and requires 6  10 years in a similar retail managerial position
Coaching, mentoring and managing managers and teams
Achieving customer service and sales targets
Budgets, analyzing balance sheets, and making judgment calls about how to ensure profitable operations
Holding others accountable for following operating practices and procedures
Leading safety and environmental initiatives
Successfully supporting career development, recognizing growth potential
Effectively recruiting management and sales potential team members
Managing performance which includes setting goals, conducting reviews, coaching and remedial action
EDUCATION
Post graduate diploma or degree preferred, or an Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
