Description

The Swift Current Housing Authority is seeking a versatile individual to fill the position of Caretaker.

Reporting directly to the Housing Authority Manager, the Caretaker ensures the highest standards of appearance, safety, security, maintenance, and repair of housing authority property.

This position provides preventative and routine repairs and maintenance to building systems and components, maintains property grounds, provides janitorial service, and performs regular servicing of housing authority equipment.

The Caretaker participates in a rotating on-call system as a responder to after-hours maintenance emergency calls.
