La Ronge Hotel & Suites has an opening for an individual with strong work ethic as a Pub Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Scheduling & Hiring Staff
Take orders for and serve beverage requests in an efficient and professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; clear tables during service
Consistently provide every guest with the same great service
Work with other team members to ensure guests are served as efficiently and quickly as possible
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge
Listen to guests and suggest items that meet their needs
Demonstrate a desire to help where needed
Manage all complaints as a form of feedback that can help us improve our service
Follow Health and Safety procedures and identify unsafe practices or conditions
Accurately follow cash-out procedures and secure proper payment
Perform a walk through at shift change with new servers and inform them of any events
Demonstrate professionalism on and off duty
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience but not mandatory
Must be 19 years old
Criminal Record must be submitted along with Resume
High School diploma considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
Self-confident, personable, energetic personality
Must be punctual, dependable and hard working
Availability to accommodate a flexible work schedule and willingness to work with short notice
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment on a regular basis
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience with computer and cash handling considered an asset
