Warner Industries, one of Saskatchewan's top 100 companies continues to grow! We're currently looking for an On-Road Parts/Service Sales Representative for the Swift Current region.
Your major role will be to establish Customer relationships and generate new business focusing on selling parts and service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective Customers to notify them of all the services we offer
- Perform follow up calls on in-town and out of town Customers
- Analyze Customer needs, set them up with appointments for service and/or search reference material for their parts needs.
- Bring back sales, parts and service leads
- Take care of any Customer situations that may arise
- Book orders for parts/service and follow up on backorders for parts
- Create quotes for parts and labor
- Coordinate the delivery of parts to the Customer
- Assist in collecting receivables that are past due from his/her Customers
- Must do self-pace training and attend any training session put on by suppliers
Skills and Abilities
- Superior Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Computer programs (Excel, MS, On-line programs)
- Heavy Duty Parts experience is an asset
- Marketing/Sales experience
- Work well under pressure with little to no supervision
- A willingness to provide ongoing support to our Customers
- Must maintain a working relationship with our parts/service team and to our Customers
-Personable and easy to approach (Team Player)
- Valid drivers license
- Parts course considered an asset
