Responsible to the Manager of Information Systems, the Administrator/Technician will perform both remote and on-site support for end users. Due to the nature of the job, occasional work outside of normal working hours will be required. Must be comfortable working with large numbers of end users, hold a current driver's license and have their own vehicle. Will have responsibilities for and will be part of the division's IT team.
Desired Qualifications:
- comprehensive knowledge of business, data, networking, servers, web based systems, software development and implementation, communications and desktop computers
- SharePoint 2010-2013 designer and troubleshooting expertise is required
- experience with creating, updating and troubleshooting workflows, web parts, HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Windows Server, MS SharePoint Administrator, MS SQL, and Windows Client
- working knowledge of VmWare ESXI and vSphere environment
- knowledge of and experience with MS SQL and web based technologies
- MS Windows System Support & troubleshooting
- ability to install, test and troubleshoot applications
- ability to create and administer clear, concise technical documentation to lower the possibility of a repeat problem
- excellent written and verbal communication
- experience with Change Management concepts\
- excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, mediation and facilitation skills
