Dube Garage Ltd. is currently seeking one full time bookkeeper.
Main Duties:
-record daily revenue and expense transactions
-reconcile bank accounts
-prepare bank deposits
-prepare and issue cheques for payroll
-manage accounts payable and receivable
-prepare monthly income/expense statements
-prepare financial documents for year end per accountant instructions
-perform related clerical duties such as word processing, filing, faxing and photocopying
-answer incoming telephone calls
- prepare and file GST, PST and remit Payroll deductions
-maintain and organize office areas
-experience with Sage 50 Simply Accounting
- must be able to work under time constraints and with interruptions
