Description

Kelly Services is hiring positions for the federal government in an administrative/clerical support role. These assignment is 20 weeks in length with the opportunity for an additional 20 week extension. 40 weeks is the maximum length for this assignment. The successful candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance.

Job Duties:

Preparing files and other paperwork
File creation
Data entry
Invoice matching
Some outbound calling to book meetings
Requirements:

1-2 years of Administrative/clerical experience
The right candidates will be efficient, thorough and accurate.
Attention to detail is important for this assignment, and the ability to take on new tasks and work with timelines.
Commitment to be on time and duration of the assignment are imperative.
You must be open to a federal government security clearance, which must come back favourable before you are able to begin this assignment. Security Clearance eligibility requires at least 5 years of residency in Canada
Bilingual skills are considered an asset.
