Description

As one of Saskatchewan's leading health care charities, The Hospitals of Regina Foundation
provides donors with opportunities to fulfill their aspirations of exceptional health services,
for improved access to state of the art medical equipment, education and research.

As Manager Major Gifts you will be responsible for all elements related to the major gifts program including individual, corporate, foundation and organizational funding.

Your responsibilities will include:  
1.0   Donor Prospect Identification and Management
- Work closely with the VP Fundraising to identify a portfolio of major gift prospects, focusing on gifts of $10,000+, with specific and sight raising targets relating to activity and financial goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a major gift prospect strategy that provides fundraising staff with a continuously updated pool of leadership and major gift prospects.

2.0   Donor Solicitation Strategies
- Direct the moves management of donor activity ensuring activity adheres to policies and procedures, methodology and ethical guidelines.

3.0 Fundraising Support
- Ensure the annual budget is developed, managed and monitored in coordination with the Annual Business Plan.
- Work with the Finance team to ensure pledge schedules and funds are within the parameters of the gift.

4.0 Staff Leadership
- Supervise, coach and support direct reports to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.    

EXPERIENCE:
- Proven success and skill at raising gifts of $10,000 and above.
- 5+ years fundraising experience.  
- CFRE designation or willing to acquire.  
- Experience in writing professional reports and presentations.

- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage timelines and budget.
