Qualifications
1-2 years previous experience supervisory role asset
Previous experience customer service role
Thorough knowledge products & procedures
Current certification approved food safety training asset
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to adhere to policies/procedures
Able to operate effectively fast paced environment

Customer Service
Leads by example, demonstrate that customer is top priority & reinforces positive behaviors with employees
Responds to customers, friendly manner with appropriate sense of urgency
Responds to special customer requests in friendly manner
Responds to customer service complaints in timely manner, resolving problems & turning negative to positive situations
Conducts regular store walk-through's

People
Leads by example & demonstrates importance of treating every employee & customer with respect
Reacts immediately to issues during shift
Provides ongoing, specific direction to employees
Encourages excitement & a fun work environment, motivating employees to meet goals
Reports to Store Owner/ Manager employee performance
Assists, ensuring optimal employee coverage at all times & fills in as required for various areas during busy periods

Operations
Knowledge of & works in compliance with operating food safety, security, health & safety, & employment standards & applicable legislation
Ensures product & packaging properly merchandised & stocked
Responsible for shift cash procedures
Maintains operational efficiency through positioning charts & pre-rush checklists
Supervises employees to ensure primary & secondary duties completed
Ensures store policies followed
Monitors/Responds/Reports unsafe acts/conditions
Completes shiff documentation
