Description

Summary:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for batching/dispatching at our portable concrete plant, operating the loader, as well as some plant maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Batch concrete loads according to mix design specifications
Maintain plant equipment
Operate loader to supply the plant with material
Order and maintain supply inventory
Perform other production and maintenance duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of concrete products, manufacturing processes and plant equipment
Mechanical and analytical skills
Plant maintenance and loader operator experience is required
Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Performance of all functions with a high regard for safety
