Description

A multi-location John Deere dealership is looking
for a salesman for their Outlook location.  We sell and service new and used John Deere equipment.  We are more than just a merchant - we are a partner in our customers' success and they are a partner in ours.
Job duties include:
1.  Promote sales to existing clients.
2.  Represent the company for sale of machinery to
customers in a defined sales area.
3.  Maintain current product knowledge of all
equipment.
4.  Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
5.  Provide after sales support and service.
6.  Maintain current knowledge of used equipment
values and ability to evaluate properly for
trading purposes.
7.  Maintain current knowledge of financing
options to assist customers.
8.  Attend applicable sales training events.
Skills and qualifications include:
1.  Ability to work flexible hours.
2.  Excellent customer relationship skills.
3.  Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales
reports.
4.  Organization and multi-tasking skills.
5.  Must have a diploma in Agronomy.
