Main duties as a Motel Managing Supervisor will be:
Handling guest, customer and employee complaints / Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and overseeing training and development of staff / Supervising all staff members / Coordinating the scheduling of staff members and room bookings as required / Facilitating guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction / Ordering supplies and equipment when needed in order to achieve efficiency / Responding to any guest or employee concerns by investigating the issue(s) and creatively resolving the situation

Wage  C$15-17/hr Depending on experience, 36-40hr/wk
Requirements  Completion of Secondary, 3-5 years working experience
