Cervus Equipment is a rapidly growing company and proudly operates one of the largest dealership networks of John
Deere agricultural equipment stores in North America..  

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our John Deere dealership in Watrous.

If you were to come on board as our Service Coordinator here is what youll be doing:
- Generate repair orders and ensure thorough and accurate labour descriptions from service technicians
- Coordinate planned maintenance programs
- Prepare and type quotes for the service department
- Provide excellent customer service and maintaining customer contacts
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
- Take ownership of and successfully resolve problems as required


Here is what you will bring to the role:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education in business administration and/or accounting
- Mechanical Aptitude and good understanding of Agricultural equipment
- Proficiency in common PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- And last but not the least  the Right Attitude!
