Summary

The Gasfitter is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of Burner Management Systems.

Job Duties

-    Inspect and test operation of burner management systems to diagnose faults
-    Repair and adjust system components, such as sensors, transmitters and programmable logic controllers, or remove and replace defective parts
-    Calibrate components and instruments
-    Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports
-    Install control and measurement instruments on existing and new plant equipment and processes
-    Executes maintenance activities and stays current with applicable governmental regulations
-    Other duties and activities as appropriate and necessary

Requirements

-    Journeyman certification
-    First Aid and H2S certifications required
-    Possess a valid drivers license.
