The Town of Nipawin invites applications for the position of Maintenance Person and Assistant Ice Maker for the Evergreen Convention Centre under the Department of Economic Development. This is an In-Scope Position
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work as part of our customer service team.  Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the assigned facility or facilities to ensure its clean and safe operation.  Duties and responsibilities may be assigned including but not restricted to the following:
    Customer service
    Maintenance
    Cleaning
Security
     Assistant Curling Ice Maker

Qualifications:

    Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
    Valid Driver's License
    Access to a vehicle is an asset
    Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment
    Knowledge of HVAC systems
    Skills in general repair, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair and maintenance.
    Knowledge of the Workplace hazardous materials Information System
    Customer service oriented.
