3 Full time and 3 part time Guest Service
Representatives required to work in Manitou Beach,
SK.
12.50-14.00 per hour depending on experience
Shift work and weekends.  
Dental Insurance, Vision Care and Extended Medical
Insurance benefits are available based on
performance


Main Duties

Register guests on arrival and provide information
about the hotel and its services
Handle phone inquiries in the hotel and via phone
and emails
Assign rooms to guests while monitoring inventory
of rooms
Take reservations for potential guests and make
recommendations
Help guests with checkout while making sure their
stay was excellent.


Requirements

Speak and type English fluently
Experience is an asset but we are willing to train
Handle multiple telephone inquiries and putting
calls in queue and transferring
Polite and courteous on the phone
Ability to use MS office and send emails
Must be patient with guest inquires and issues
