The Interdisciplinary Linguistics Program, College of Arts and Science, University of Saskatchewan, invites applications for a one year (12 months) full-time term appointment at the rank of Instructor (current base salary of $56,056) with primary specialization in the area of Linguistics commencing 1 July, 2014. The successful candidate should have a PhD in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics. Demonstrated excellence in teaching will be preferred.
The responsibilities of the position include teaching 18 cu (six classes) per academic year. Classes to be taught may include Ling 110.3 Grammar; Ling 111.3 Language Structures; Ling 242.3 Phonetics; Ling 247.3 World Languages, Ling 343.3 Child Language Acquisition, Ling 245.3 Lexicology.
