Description

We have a position available for a Level 2 Product Support Representative in our Regina Customer Support Centre.

This position provides support to the Level 1 position and is responsible for solving customer issues that have been escalated.  

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving and decision making skills, while also providing consultation in order to effectively and efficiently solve issues; has relevant work experience in the construction, land surveying, and/or engineering field; familiar with machine automation, GNSS, robotic and conventional positioning systems; thorough understanding of survey field and office software and CAD systems. Diploma in Geomatics/Civil Engineering or Electronics Engineering is preferred.  Topcon product knowledge and experience with heavy equipment is considered an asset.
