Weyburn Group Homes Society Inc. is seeking Program Support Workers to fill various positions (Full time,part-time, and casual).
Job Description:
Through person-centered planning, to assist and support individuals in making choices in their life to maximize their potential and quality of life. Supports include personal care, accessing health and community services, accessing social and recreational activites and life skills training. Supports vary depending on the individual's specific needs and goals.
Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience working with individuals with various abilities is an asset.
