Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- to supervise and give care for children
- assume full responsibilities in absence of parents
- maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- light housekeeping, cooking and cleaning duties
- current CPR and First Aid training is required.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Full time/Live-in
SALARY: $10.59 - $12.00 per hour depending on skills and experience
WORK SETTING:  Private household, Swift Current, Saskatchewan
WORK LOCATION INFORMATION:  Reside in private household for the duration of employment; private room will be provided; $250.00 per month charged for the room and board

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset.
- Completion of Caregiver Training Program from an accredited institution
- With experience or with related training
- Police check required
- Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English
- Must live and work at employer's home
- Anticipated starting date is as soon as possible
