This position will be primarily responsible for:
The continuation of the performance improvement initiative involving the implementation and adherence to the QuickServe process, involving improved scheduling of repair events, efficient high quality execution of repair work as well as ensuring responsive and legendary customer service through front line employees
Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to the CWC Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and fully engaging employees in related initiatives
Providing motivation, guidance, coaching, leadership and support to all branch employees, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction while maximizing branch sales and profitability
Delivering targeted operating results in alignment with CWC strategy with a strong sense of business trends and adapting to shifts in those trends
Leading the branch in identifying and implementing customer support and process improvement initiatives in critical functional areas
Making certain the Branch operations are in compliance with CWC and Cummins internal policies, standards and systems of internal control
Job Requirements:
Must be willing to advance into new opportunities at any of our 14 branches, after completion of a minimum two year period in Saskatoon
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a service environment with a strong focus on customer support
Post secondary technical certification or Business degree required
Previous change management experience is an asset
Ability to manage business process and develop improvement initiatives
Ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy (customer and employee related)
Aptitude to develop product knowledge
Strong level of competency in financial analysis, business planning and budgeting
Available 24/7 if needed by staff or customers, and should be willing to spend time out of office to meet customers and attend meetings. Travel is required.
