Reporting to the Director of Operations, the
branch manager is responsible for but not limited
to:
    Responsible for planning, coordinating and
managing overall branch activities
    Planning and managing financial results
    Drive branch growth and branch
profitability
    Apply and maintain correct operating
methods and procedures.
    Coordinate and monitor all branch
activities including customer service, pricing,
billing, inventory, counter sales and clerical
function
    Responsible for delegation and or
management of branch inventory, receivables,
expenses, budget, and vendor sales activities.
    Actively administer the  Quality
Management System in the location
    Actively administer the  OHS policy in the
location
    Branch human resource management
    Staff training and development
    Staff Performance management
    Team leadership
Preference will be given to candidates that
possess the following qualifications:
    5 years or more hydraulic industry
experience is an asset
    Strong sales experience
    Demonstrated decision making and
leadership abilities
    Solid computer skills  experience with
SAP, Microsoft word & excel  are an asset
