Job Description:

Answering the telephone/customer service and accurate filing of documentation are the long term priorities for this position
Photocopying, faxing and routine correspondence  
Routine typing correspondence
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Assist in keeping a clean and orderly atmosphere
Assist and take direction from the Office Manager as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Skills in customer service
Proven skills in accurate filing procedures
Proficient skills in typing/formatting
Able to work independently and also as a team player
Self-motivated, able to establish priorities and proceed without supervision
Ability to handle and resolve problems

Credentials and Experience

Successful previous experience working in an office setting
Interest/understanding/experience in providing excellent customer service
Valid drivers license
Willingness to work some overtime as required
