What will you do as an Administrative Associate at Western?
You will provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers and further support the team through a variety of administrative tasks essential to the daily operations of the branch.
Greet customers and direct internal/external inquiries appropriately
Reconciliation of billing statements
Complete customer payments with POS system
Coordinate functions and events as required
Support team with detailed completion of other administrative tasks
Effectively serve as a liaison between customers and insurance providers and internal clients
Ensure consistent and accurate correspondence and adhere to company processes
What skills, qualifications and experience should you have to be successful at Western in this role?
Ability to implement best practices for administrative tasks
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook
