Our client is currently seeking a 2nd class power engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and operation of the plant boilers
including all ancillary equipment.
Additional responsibilities include following the daily operating schedule ensuring production quality and timetables are met;
logging all operation records as well as adhering to prescribed regulatory and Company requirements for Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation and GMPs.
The ideal candidate will possess a 2nd Class Power Engineering license as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
Excellent written, documentation and verbal communications skills, as well as a willingness to work a rotating shift schedule are required.
