Become a member of our fast growing team being  responsible for providing support for ISM Canada's Cloud Services.  Ideal candidates will have experience with some or all of the following products: Windows Server 2008/2012, PowerShell, VMware, and Citrix.  You will provide support for virtualization technologies including:  VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, and virtual desktop and application environments.  In addition, you will provide Windows Server OS support and make recommendations for improvements in current processes and procedures. The role requires a proven understanding of server support best practices, including the ability to follow problem and change management processes.
